To embed the petition form into your own website:

1. Copy and paste the javascript from the attached text file into your webpage's HEAD tags
2. Copy and paste the HTML in the attached text file anywhere inside your BODY tags
3. IMPORTANT: Modify line six of the HTML to include your desired return URL, so signatories are returned to your site afterward; and
4. if you want to use the same CSS, incorporate this also.
